HOW TO USE

* Use the applicator to scoop a small amount of product and place onto your lips.

* Smile and use your finger to apply the exfoliator in a back and forth motion and in circular motions also to ensure you are getting as much dry skin away as possible. 

* Depending on the condition of your lips, apply for 30 - 60 seconds with light/medium pressure.

* Once finished, rinse and apply your NGC Luminating Lip Bath which will now soak deep into your lips with no dry skin in sight! 

For best results apply our Luminating Lip Bath after exfoliating, allowing the ingredients to sink into your skin preventing dryness.
